Confirmations

The National First Ladies’ Library will e-mail or mail a registration confirmation to all registered attendees.  If you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks, please call: 330.453.0876  ext. 303.

Refunds and Cancellations

Substitutions are welcome at any time.  Otherwise, registration cancellations must be made in writing, email or fax and must be dated/postmarked by April 21, 2008.  No phone cancellations will be accepted.  Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $25 processing fee.  No refunds for cancellations after April 21, 2008.  Refunds will be processed after the symposium.

Accommodations

The McKinley Grand Hotel, across the street from the National First Ladies’ Library, is offering a special room rate of $73 single/double occupancy, not including 12% tax. Call the hotel directly at 1-330-454-5000 and mention the symposium. Reservations at this rate will be accepted until May 1, 2008.
